The following form was created so that you, the data subject, under the LGPD, can exercise your rights, provided for in article 18 of the law. The personal data collected through this form will be treated on the basis of the treatment of Legitimate Interest, pursuant to article 7, item IX, of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (Law 13.709/2018 – LGPD). The data will only be kept for the time necessary to meet your demand. Simplified answers about whether or not your personal data is being processed or related to the data processing structure will be provided within 48 hours from the request.
More complex questions or those that represent a greater volume for collecting information will be provided within a period of up to 15 days, counted from the request.
